Product Description

To provide wet strength, Water Resistant Agent polymerizes in the paper to construct a strengthening network. Extensively used for manufacturing tissue paper, it can be formulated using urea formaldehyde, melamine, or epichlorohydrin. Being a cationic agent, it is added to the wet pulp during manufacturing process of paper. Water Resistant Agent generally appears as light yellow colored liquid having neutral to slightly basic pH with complete water solubility. It can also be used for boards, high quality printing paper, disposable cups & plates, pouches, & posters.
