A newly developed variety of cationic sizing agent produced by our company, Surface sizing agent (AKD based) LS-20/25/30 is a highly efficient chemical that can be used by different kind of machines such as Gate Roll and Side Press. The sizing effect can be generated by the relatively thin layer that forms on the surface of paper, which plays a significant role in enhancing both the strength and prolonging the durability of paper. As an added advantage, its usage can drastically reduce the time of time taken in disposal of waste water, decrease the consumption, increases the net efficiency and keeps the wet production system clean.

Use Method:

The surface sizing agent should be continuously added by using a metering pump to the surface sizing agent, and should be used in quantity ranging from 5-25% stock solution that has been mixed with starch, in which case it renders the best products. Furthermore, for each MT of paper, an adhesion amount of 1-5kg should be used for the coating purpose in applicator roll, or specific quantities can be added in the turnover trough. In case the addition is done internally, it should be done so at the entry of pressurized screen (thin paste) or in the latex of intermediate stuff box.

Package:

The product is available packed in plastic drums of the size 200kg and 1000kg.

Storage:

The storage unit that houses the product should be maintained at temperature values that range between 4-30^oC, and should be kept away from exposure to direct sunlight, and stored in the same order as their entry into the warehouse.
